This series is like futuristic Avengers, right. Different characters each chapter, then join forces in the final book. This time is a Japanese guy with a power to increase his reflexes i.e. slow down time, gave me the matrix-like idea of slow-mo bullets.
Bullets don't really create trails like that in real life, but they do in water, which is what I was trying to achieve :D
