Work for DeepDark Designs, Ltd, who is a game design studio and publishing house that writes adventures and rule supplements for your favorite role-playing games. They wanted me to illustrate characters for a Dungeons & Dragons guide book called "Outclassed".
Soulbound are beings tainted by a corruption that makes them something more than human/humanoid. They find some form of cursed artifact that merges with their body to create a symbiotic relationship with their host. This particular soulbound is a youthful and thoroughly beautiful female human whose soul has merged with a ‘verdant’ artifact, granting her plant-like powers.
They wanted a somewhat distinct difference between her and a dryad or a forest nymph, so the idea is to have her operate where plants don't necessarily thrive i.e. sewers. Her asymmetrical arms also give some emphasis on the mutation bit, and the fact that she still wears human armor. I loosely referenced Emilia Clarke for her facial features. Does it look like her? :D
Her name is also a coincidence! It's like, a firefighter whose name is 'Les McBurney' LOL it's like, waw !! you were born for the job !! haha thanks for viewing !!
