Commission - Tora Hikaru

another day another OC, this time in a Japanese medieval fantasy setting.
Client gave me a synopsis for the story, but I'll shorten it a little bit, I think;

The story revolves around the two magical katana; Buredo (the air elemental, able to unleash storms) and Norowareta (wood/life elemental, able to drain life essence), forged by a great swordmaster/blacksmith type. The swords were passed down to one of the apprentice, and kept for generations.

Tora Hikaru is one of the younger generation, now wielding the blue sword Buredo, but her twin brother became mad (possessed?) by a demon, who then took the Norowareta sword and butchered all her family members, and fled with the sword. Hikaru eventually recovered it and, with both swords in hand, she is on a quest to hunt down and kill the demon and free her family' souls.

This is the client's first time with me, and i'll be back soon with a second one :D
